Almonds are great for your heart and are packed with the antioxidant Vitamin E, it also helps lower bad cholesterol whilst raising the good kind.
Lastly, whole grains are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, all of which work to keep free radicals away and help prevent the signs of ageing.
