3. Potatoes – A great food to add to your healthy ageing regime. Potatoes contain Copper, which helps protect the body against osteoperosis and heart disease.
4. Broccoli – High in anti-cancer fighting compounds, and is also high in the antioxidants Vitamin C and Sulphur which help keep the skin and hair healthy. As an extra bonus, these also give you an energy boost.
