Quick Tip – Breathe Easy

Breathe Easy - Pro:Kinesis Personal Training, High WycombeGetting older and finding yourself out of breath after that brief run for the bus or train, or after climbing a flight of stairs?

Well, a long time ago health professionals thought that lung function declined every year after the age of 30! However they were wrong, dead wrong. Find exercises that feel good for your body, and don’t do ones just because they are new or fashionable. Above all don’t try and compete with others to the point of doing damage, because you may find that you carry that damage for the rest of your life!

A simple phrase should help… If it don’t feel right, it ain’t right.
