Target Muscles: Buttocks (Glutes), Thighs (Quads) and Shoulders (Deltoids).
Stand 3 to 4 meters away from your partner, facing each other and both of you standing with your legs shoulder width apart. Then bending your knees and swinging the medicine ball between your legs, perform an underarm throw of the ball to your partner as you rise from the semi-squat. Your partner then catches the ball, goes into the semi-squat and returns the ball in the same way to you throwing the ball back as they rise.
Repetitions: Continue for 1-2 minutes
Another of our partner series, and a really simple exercise to perform. The exercise seriously works the buttocks and legs helping shape and define them, but it also helps develop and strengthen the deltoid muscles of the shoulders too.
