Choose foods that are labelled with the name of the fruit instead of ‘fruit flavoured’, e.g. peach yoghurt must contain peaches, but peach flavoured yoghurt almost always contains no real fruit and usually contains additives to make it taste like peaches. Also, if there is an image of real peaches on the packaging, the product’s flavour by law, must come from real peaches.
