Introducing The Members Area

User - Pro:Kinesis Personal Training, High WycombePro:Kinesis Health & Fitness is delighted to announce the launch of the website’s new Members Area, which incorporates our original Exercise Library. The area can be accessed by clients and registered users, and guests will be able sign up for free access via the website.

As some of you may know, the Exercise Library is a great resource for finding additional exercises for your workouts and circuits, or even checking to make sure you’re doing your existing ones right! With over 100 exercises currently covered, the library is sortable by target area, so you can quickly find something which you’ll be able to use. To make sure you’re doing them correctly, all exercises are described with images and written instructions on how to perform them.

Now that we’ve finally got the area functioning the way we wanted, we’ll be gradually expanding the range of exercises in the Library and adding further resources to the Members Area. We have short term plans to add downloadable Diet and Calorie info, and long terms ones to ultimately re-launch the video section, so watch this space!

For the sake of simplicity, users will be able to manage their own registration details and passwords once signed in, but if you do have any problems or suggestions then please do let us know.

In the meantime, we hope to see you sign up and check-in.
