Forget trying to lose weight fast. Your body responds best to slow changes, so get it out of your head to lose 10lb a week. Cut calories and aim to eat around 1,500 to 1,600 calories a day (depending on height).
Eat less by cutting out the 4pm biscuits and all the extra treats your body doesn’t need. Aim for 1 treat a day of no more than 200 calories and start a diet plan. Try and become more aware of everything you eat by looking up the calories. Write it all down and then you can see where you are going wrong. Make sure though that you eat protein, carbs and good fats including at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. By the way, these 5 portions should be made up of more veg than fruit. Fill up on tea and water, ditch the fizzy stuff and watch the fat melt away.
