Your heart is a unique muscle and has it’s own built in pacemaker that fires around 72 electrical impulses every minute. Just like any other muscle, it needs working out for it to remain strong for you. So, respect your heart; don’t smoke, put on too much weight, nor let stress get the better of you. Exercise regularly, eat well and sleep well, keeping cholesterol in check, and it should be fighting fit for years to come.
