If you have been told that you have  high Triglyceride level, you will also know that you will have a much greater risk of serious heart related conditions like heart disease or a heart attack, and therefore this advice may be of special benefit to you. However, all of us should try and keep our heart healthy, so timing our workouts closely after meals may be the best way to go. Exercises like light resistance training and walking were considered enough to keep levels down.
