Many people don’t know that it’s not just Salmon that is high in Omega 3s. Tuna is also a good source and typically costs less than Salmon. Albacore (White Tuna) contains more Omega 3s than other varieties. Other source options you can start eating include; Mackerel, Herring, Lake Trout, Sardines and Anchovies.
Cooking Tip – Grill Tuna steak with dill and lemon, and choose tuna packed in water not oil.
