I wanted personal training to improve fitness, lose weight and gain confidence. The sessions were enjoyable and hard, but in a good way, and seeing the improvement in my strength was encouraging.
For me, I found the eating plan sometimes easier to stick to than others, but this was due to my comfort eating. Maria was always supportive and texting me every day, very professional with a lot of knowledge which she imparts, especially her facts on menopause and diet.
I achieved what I wanted to, losing weight, gaining confidence and strength. I’ll miss our sessions, and feel that I have a lot to be thankful for. I think I’ll be back, Arnie Style!
