These are one to one, or buddy sessions, aimed at getting results. The fully tailored exercise programs are designed around you, to achieve your goals. Using SMART objectives; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timed, you will become fitter and stronger. Targeted at people who want or need more personal input and support, or those who simply don’t like gyms.
Within these sessions you will also be provided the benefits of nutritional advice, helping you to lose weight and, by modifying your diet, learn how to maintain it for the long term. In the modern internet age so much information is available; much of it confusing, some of it wrong and more worryingly even, occasionally dangerous. The advice you will be given will help you to understand, and find your way through; food labels, calories, fats, proteins, carbs, alcohol, vitamins and minerals. Step by step you will go away each week increasingly prepared to make better food choices and more importantly, motivated to make them.

Nutrition Course
The key to REAL & SUSTAINABLE weight loss lies within this course, and all without resorting to fad diets which never last the pace.
This is a single, intense, one to one Personal Nutrition session, which is targeted at helping you eat right and achieve your weight loss goals. The course is designed to provide an in-depth analysis of your diet, and then based on proven methods, fully tailor a healthy eating plan that will help you shed the pounds and feel great for the long term.
All contained within a single 2 hour session, the course covers all the essential advice and guidance you need to accurately assess your eating habits, understand its impact, and provide a correction plan for you to work with.
